- 350 g salad cucumber
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 750 ml whole milk yogurt
- 14 fresh mint leaves
- Salt

Wash, peel, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and dice the cucumber. Peel and press the garlic cloves. Drain the liquid from the yogurt. Slice the mint into fine strips.
