Ingredients

  • 1 kg full‑fat plain yogurt
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp cold‑pressed olive oil
  • 24 walnut halves

Instructions

    Line a sieve with a damp muslin cloth. Season the yogurt, pour it in and let it drain overnight in a cool place.

    On the next day, press out the yogurt well (about 300 g should remain). With wet hands form 24 balls from the yogurt.

    Pour the oil onto a serving plate, place the balls on top, and set a walnut half on each ball. Serve cold.
