Ingredients

  • 600 g blueberries
  • 600 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tsp grated organic lemon zest
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions

    Rinse the blueberries, wash and drain them.

    Whisk the yogurt until smooth. Stir in the lemon zest with the honey, reserving a little zest for garnish.

    Divide the yogurt into four bowls, top with blueberries, sprinkle with reserved lemon zest, and serve.
