Yogurt with Berries, Chocolate and Pecans

This will be your favorite breakfast for early summer: Yogurt with berries, chocolate and pecans from Spoonsparrow.

Ingredients

  • 400 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 40 g Dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)
  • 50 g Pecan nuts
  • 2 tsp Flaxseed oil

Instructions

    Stir the yogurt smooth and divide it into two bowls. Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Wash and pat the blueberries dry.

    Roughly chop the dark chocolate and pecans. Place the berries on the yogurt. Sprinkle with chocolate and nuts and drizzle with flaxseed oil.
