Vanilla Oatmeal Porridge with Flax Seeds and Apple

The vanilla oatmeal porridge with flax seeds and apple from Spoonsparrow ensures a good start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Oat drink (Oat milk) (or water)
  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 1 pinch Vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
  • 3 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 small apples

Instructions

    Bring the oat drink with rolled oats, vanilla and cinnamon, flax seeds to a boil in a pot and simmer for about 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and let stand for about 10 minutes.

    Toast the nuts dry in a pan. Wash, halve, core and dice the apples into small cubes. Serve the porridge with the apples and nuts.
