Goat cheese sandwich with salad & cranberry mustard: A snack that takes the top off any stress. Deliciously light in the style of Tramezzini.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Cranberries (from a jar)
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 Chicory
- 3 leaves Frisée lettuce
- 4 slices Whole grain toast
- 4 slices Goat Gouda (or other savory cheese of your choice)
Instructions

Mix cranberries with Dijon mustard. Wash, dry and tear chicory and frisée lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Spread half of the cranberry mustard on one side of 2 slices of bread. Place the lettuce leaves on top and layer with cheese.

Spread the remaining mustard on the other slices of bread and place them on top as a lid.

For taking away, wrap the Tramezzini in transparent film and let them cool in the refrigerator until serving. If eaten immediately, cut in half and place on a plate.
