Yogurt Ice Cream with Berries on a Stick

Ingredients
- 400 g mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries)
- 400 g cream yogurt
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 ml whipping cream

Rinse the berries, clean, remove stems and pat dry. Take about 150 g, puree, and strain through a fine sieve. Mix the berry pulp with the yogurt, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Whip the cream stiffly and fold it in. Fold the berries back into the mixture and divide the batter among about eight ice‑cream molds. Insert sticks (you may chill them slightly) and freeze for at least 4 hours.
