- 400 g Strawberries
- 800 g yogurt (low‑fat)
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 6 tbsp oatmeal
- 6 tbsp hazelnut kernels

Grind the oatmeal and hazelnuts finely with a hand mill. Mix yogurt with lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice thinly.

Layer in glasses: first some strawberries, then yogurt, followed by the oat‑hazelnut mix; repeat with more strawberries and yogurt. Sprinkle a little mix in the center and garnish with remaining strawberries.
