Yogurt Blueberry Gelée

Ingredients

  • 200 g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 10 sheets gelatin
  • 1 lemon
  • 500 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 200 ml whipping cream

Instructions

    Let the blueberries thaw or wash and pat dry.

    Soak gelatin in cold water.

  3. 3.

    Meanwhile, squeeze the lemon. Whisk yogurt with sugar and lemon juice until smooth.

  4. 4.

    Puree berries in a blender until fine, then fold into the yogurt mixture.

  5. 5.

    Squeeze out excess water from gelatin and dissolve it in orange juice over low heat in a small pot. Stir this into the yogurt blend.

    Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold in. Divide into four molds and chill for at least 3 hours.
