Froyo Blueberries

The Froyo blueberries are simply delicious as a muesli topping or on their own!

Ingredients

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

    Wash the blueberries and let them drain. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla seeds and lime juice.

    Skewer the blueberries one by one on a toothpick and dip them in the yogurt until all berries are coated. Place the coated berries in a freezer-safe dish and freeze for at least 1 hour.

    Enjoy Froyo blueberries as a refreshing snack or topping for muesli and bowls.
