Ingredients
- 500 g spelt flour type 1050
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- a pinch of salt
- 225 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 50 g coconut blossom sugar
- 1 cube fresh yeast

Add the flour, egg, oil and salt to a large mixing bowl.

Heat the milk and coconut blossom sugar in a small pot until lukewarm, crumble the yeast into it and stir.

Pour the yeast milk into the other ingredients and mix with the dough hooks of a hand mixer until a smooth dough forms.

Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rise at room temperature for about 1 hour, until the dough has roughly doubled in volume. Continue processing the yeast dough according to your recipe.
