Ingredients
- 3 nectarines
- 250 g blackberries
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest

Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove pits and slice into thin strips. Rinse the blackberries.

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Mix yolks with quark, flour and honey, stir in the lemon zest, then fold in the meringue.

Place nectarines and blackberries in a greased baking dish, spread the quark mixture over them, and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C (center) for about 15 minutes to gratinate.
