Ingredients
- 400 g quark
- 100 g whipped cream
- 2 ripe nectarines
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp amaranth muesli
Instructions

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Mix quark with honey and lemon juice, then fold in the whipped cream.

Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove pits, slice flesh into wedges and arrange in dessert bowls.

Cover with the honey-quark mixture. Sprinkle amaranth muesli on top.
