Ingredients

  • 500 g pork sausage
  • 200 g sliced cheese (e.g., Gouda)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp meat broth
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Peel the sausage and cut into thin strips. Cut the cheese into narrow strips as well. Wash the bell peppers, quarter them, remove seeds and white membranes, then slice into strips.

    Whisk together vinegar, broth, mustard, parsley, and oil; season with salt and pepper.

    Combine all prepared salad ingredients with the dressing and let sit for 30 minutes. Taste again and serve arranged on plates.
