- 1 can tuna (ca. 180 g, natural)
- 2 tbsp capers (finely chopped)
- 40 g cornichons (finely chopped)
- 2 hard‑boiled eggs (finely chopped)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 small iceberg lettuce head
- 4 large ready‑made wraps (tortillas, refrigerated section)
Instructions

For the filling combine cottage cheese, tuna, capers, cornichons, and chopped hard‑boiled eggs; season with salt and pepper and mix well. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into fine strips.
