  • 1 can tuna (ca. 180 g, natural)
  • 2 tbsp capers (finely chopped)
  • 40 g cornichons (finely chopped)
  • 2 hard‑boiled eggs (finely chopped)
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce head
  • 4 large ready‑made wraps (tortillas, refrigerated section)

Instructions

    For the filling combine cottage cheese, tuna, capers, cornichons, and chopped hard‑boiled eggs; season with salt and pepper and mix well. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into fine strips.
