Ingredients
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 200 g smoked turkey breast fillet (chunked)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt
- ground pepper
- Sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 40 g chopped pistachios
- 8 taco shells
- 8 tsp light crème fraîche

Wash and cut iceberg lettuce into bite‑size pieces, rinse and dry. Rinse tomatoes and chop small. Peel onion and slice thinly. Cut turkey breast into bite‑sized chunks.

Mix lime juice with salt, pepper, sambal, and olive oil. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion with the dressing. Gently fold in turkey and pistachios. Fill taco shells with salad, top with a spoonful of crème fraîche, and serve immediately.
