Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna (about 180 g, natural)
- 1 tbsp capers (finely chopped)
- 60 g green olives (chopped)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (finely chopped)
- 1 sprig parsley
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- iceberg lettuce leaf
- 4 large ready-made wraps (tortillas from the refrigerated section)
Instructions

Mix tuna, capers, olives, hard-boiled eggs and parsley for the filling; season with salt and pepper. Wash the iceberg lettuce and tear into small pieces.

Warm the tortillas according to the package instructions, lay them on the lettuce, spread the filling over them, roll up, cut crosswise if desired, and serve immediately.
