- 100 g iceberg lettuce
- 2 Spring Onions
- 200 g smoked trout fillet
- 120 g sour cream
- 60 g yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 ready‑made wraps

Wash, trim and dry the lettuce. Wash and trim the spring onions, then slice into thin rings. Flake the trout fillets with a fork. Mix with the onion rings, add sour cream and yogurt, whisk to a creamy consistency. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice.

Lay 2–3 leaves of lettuce on each wrap, spread about 1/4 of the fish cream on top, then roll up. Slice the wraps diagonally in half and serve with chips if desired.
