Ingredients
- 500 g pork (pre-cooked, neck)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- olive oil
- 0.5 iceberg lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 4 Lahmacun dough flatbreads (Turkish grocery store)
- onion ring (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the meat, pat dry, trim and cut into thin, flat strips. Mix with herbs and chili flakes, season with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan with oil until browned all sides.

Wash, clean, spin dry, and slice the lettuce into strips. Wash, clean, and slice the tomatoes into strips as well.

Peel the garlic cloves, press them, mix with yogurt, season with salt and pepper, and adjust taste.
