Ingredients
- 8 Wiener sausages
- 400 g puff pastry (refrigerated)
- flour

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Heat the Wiener sausages in hot water; do not boil. When hot, remove and pat dry on paper towels.

Roll out the puff pastry (roll again if needed) and cut into 8 long triangles on a floured surface. Place one sausage at each triangle’s wide end and roll from the wide side to the tip.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wrapped sausages on it. Bake in the hot oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
