- 150 g flour
- 120 g corn flour
- 1 TL sugar
- 2 TL baking powder
- 1 EL dried rosemary
- 1 TL salt
- 1 egg
- 40 g soft butter
- 240 g buttermilk
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 150 g salmon

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) with upper and lower heat.

Combine the two flours with sugar, baking powder, rosemary, and salt. Beat the egg with butter and buttermilk, then fold into the flour mixture. Using a spoon, drop small dough portions onto parchment-lined sheet pans, leaving ample space between them. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden yellow, then cool on a wire rack.

Spread half of the cookies with cream cheese, top with salmon slices, place another cookie on top, and press lightly.
