- 10 sage leaves
- 4 veal schnitzels (about 80 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)

Wash the sage leaves and shake them dry. Wash the veal schnitzels, pat them dry, gently flatten with a mallet, and place the sage leaves on top. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels for 4-5 minutes on each side. Deglaze with lemon juice and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
