Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 200 g corn kernels
  • 200 g Broccoli florets
  • 50 g sprouts
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • soy sauce
  • fish sauce
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Wash the peppers, halve them, remove seeds and white membranes. Slice into strips. Clean the mushrooms and leave whole or halve depending on size. Wash spring onions, trim and cut into rings.

    Cook tagliatelle according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.

    Sauté broccoli florets and corn kernels in hot oil in a wok or pan. Add peppers, spring onions and mushrooms. Simmer together for about 3 minutes. Stir in sprouts and tagliatelle. Toss while cooking, season with soy sauce, fish sauce and cayenne pepper. Serve immediately.
