Ingredients
- 600 g Broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- light soy sauce
- black pepper (ground)

Wash the broccoli and drain well. Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a hot wok, brown the garlic in oil for 2‑3 minutes while stirring slowly.

Add the broccoli, stir briefly, then deglaze with rice vinegar, 1‑2 tbsp soy sauce, and a splash of water. Cover and steam gently for 4‑5 minutes until cooked.

Remove the lid and let the liquid evaporate almost completely. Season with soy sauce and pepper, then serve on plates.
