Ingredients
- 500 ml white wine (semi-dry)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 40 g sugar
- 7 sheets of white gelatin
- 4 heart-shaped molds
- cinnamon (for dusting)
- 4 large plums
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar

Bring wine, cinnamon stick and sugar to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Soak gelatin in cold water. Remove the cinnamon stick from the wine liquid, squeeze out excess water from gelatin and dissolve it into the wine while stirring. Fill the mixture into heart-shaped molds and refrigerate for about 4 hours until set.

Wash plums, halve them, pit them and place them in hot butter in a pan, sprinkle with sugar and sauté while turning for 2-3 minutes.

For serving pour jelly hearts onto dessert plates, dust with cinnamon and arrange with the plums.
