Ingredients

  • 125 g dark couverture chocolate
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g ground, peeled almond kernels
  • 30 ml egg liqueur
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp grated pistachios

    Melt finely chopped chocolate in a double boiler, add butter and stir until melted. Then whisk in powdered sugar, almonds, and egg liqueur; chill the mixture in the refrigerator.

    Use small spoons to scoop portions of the mixture and form balls (about 2 cm diameter). Roll each ball in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, or pistachios as desired. Store chilled.
