Wild Herb Salad

A fresh herb salad featuring a mix of wild greens and flowers. Try this and other recipes from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 200 g mixed wild herbs (e.g., nasturtium, nettle, purslane... )
  • 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 tsp sea salt (ground)

Instructions

    Wash the wild herbs and flowers gently and let them drain. Then arrange on two plates.

    Dissolve the sugar in the white wine vinegar and drizzle over the herbs. Pour the oil on top and season with salt.

    Serve immediately.
