Ingredients
- 4 radishes
- 0.5 cucumber
- 100 g cocktail tomatoes
- 2 yellow carrots
- 2 orange carrots
- 250 g wild herb salad mix (e.g., young Swiss chard, dandelion greens, lamb's quarters)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Shallot
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel and wash the radishes, then slice thinly. Wash the cucumber, halve it, and cut into slices. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel the carrots, then use a zester to make four shallow cuts lengthwise; slice afterwards. Rinse the wild herbs and pat dry with kitchen paper.

For the dressing, peel and finely chop the garlic and shallot. Whisk together with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Arrange all ingredients on a platter or individual plates, drizzle with dressing, and garnish with wildflowers before serving.
