Ingredients

  • 250 g leafy lettuce (e.g., oak leaf, Lollo rosso, frisée)
  • 4 peaches
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g ham (sliced)
  • 250 g Feta
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp white apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

    Wash, trim and drain the lettuce, then tear into bite‑sized pieces. Heat peaches briefly in boiling water, shock to cool, peel, halve, pit and cut into wedges. Brush with olive oil and grill in a skillet with ham for 3–4 minutes. Cube the feta. Toast almonds in a dry pan until golden brown, let cool and roughly chop. Whisk together capers, remaining oil, vinegar, vegetable broth, honey, dill and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
