Ingredients
- 150 g mixed leafy greens (as desired)
- 50 g dandelion greens
- 4 tomatoes
- 100 g diced cheese
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 5 tbsp germination oil
Instructions

Wash, clean, rinse the greens, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.

Whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar; fold in the oil and taste to adjust seasoning.
