Ingredients

  • 150 g mixed leafy greens (as desired)
  • 50 g dandelion greens
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 100 g diced cheese
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 5 tbsp germination oil

Instructions

    Wash, clean, rinse the greens, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.

    Whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar; fold in the oil and taste to adjust seasoning.
