Ingredients
- 125 g wild garlic
- 30 g Parmesan (finely grated)
- 50 g pine nuts (lightly toasted)
- 125 ml olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the wild garlic leaves and shake or pat them dry.

Cut the leaves into fine strips. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat, then roughly chop them with a knife. Combine the chopped pine nuts and wild garlic leaves in a mortar. Grind well until everything is finely minced. Grate the Parmesan finely and add it to bind the mixture.

Add enough olive oil until the pesto reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with sesame crackers, bread chips or pasta.
