Ingredients

  • 250 g Ciabatta
  • 8 slices Fontina cheese
  • 200 g pesto (from jar)
  • oil (for the baking sheet)
  • Pepper
  • Basil

Instructions

    Slice the bread into 8 pieces and spread pesto on each slice.

    Cut the cheese in half and place it on top of the pesto.

    Grease a baking sheet and bake the slices at 250°C for 3 minutes.

    Before serving, sprinkle with pepper and garnish with basil.
