Ingredients

  • 200 g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 200 g type 405 wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • flour (for dusting)

Instructions

    Add the flour to a bowl. Add eggs, olive oil, salt and 3–4 tbsp water to the flour.

    Knead with the dough hooks of a hand mixer until the ingredients combine and begin to form a ball (the water amount may be slightly higher depending on egg size).

  3. 3.

    Transfer the pasta dough onto a floured work surface and knead by hand for 5 minutes, adding more flour if necessary.

    Divide the dough in half. Wrap portions in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour before further use.
