Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 1 stalk leek
- 500 g mixed ground meat
- butter (for frying)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 400 ml milk
- Salt

- 500 g cooked potatoes
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g Emmental cheese

Peel the carrot and slice it; wash the leek and slice it. Crumbly fry the ground meat, then briefly sauté with the vegetables. Transfer everything to a greased baking dish.

Sauté flour in butter, gradually whisk in milk, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Peel the potatoes, slice them, and mix with the béchamel. Stir in the egg yolks, pour over the meat mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
