Ingredients

  • 240 g whole grain rolls (4 rolls)
  • 150 g Gouda light (8 thin slices)
  • 50 g arugula
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 4 tsp margarine

Instructions

    Wash the arugula, rinse and spin dry. Wash the chili pepper and slice into fine rings.

    Halve the rolls and spread margarine on the bottom halves. Fold two cheese slices into a triangle and place on each roll base. Distribute the arugula and chili rings over the cheese and cover with the other half.
