Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh cheese preparation (0.2 % fat)
  • 2 tbsp milk (1.5 % fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 dates
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 whole grain rolls

Instructions

    Whisk the fresh cheese with milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

    Wash, halve, pit, and slice the dates into fine strips. Peel and grate the carrots finely. Mix both into the cheese.

    Slice the rolls open and spread the carrot-date cream inside.
