Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp parsley (cut into fine strips)
  • 150 g Herb Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 young carrots
  • 1 sour apple

Instructions

    Mix nuts and parsley with cream cheese, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper; taste and spread on the breads.

    Wash and grate the carrots finely. Grate half a carrot into very thin slices. Wash the apple, quarter it, core it and grate it finely as well. Mix the apple with the carrots and remaining lemon juice, then distribute over the breads. Cut diagonally for serving, stack if desired, and garnish with carrot slices.
