Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 balls mozzarella
- 1 baguette
- 150 g Herb Cream Cheese
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- paprika powder (sweet)
- olive oil (for baking sheet)
- 12 basil leaves

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash the zucchini, trim ends, and slice. Drain the mozzarella and slice it. Slice the baguette and spread with cream cheese. Place a tomato slice on each baguette piece, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Add a zucchini slice, lightly salt it, then top with mozzarella and sprinkle paprika powder.

Arrange the bites on an olive‑oil brushed baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven until the cheese begins to melt. Remove from the oven, secure with toothpicks, garnish with basil, and serve.
