Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp wheat flour type 1050
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 70 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 50 g freshly chopped parsley
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Melt the butter in a pot, sprinkle in the flour and lightly sauté.

Gradually pour in the broth while stirring, then simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the milk and parsley. Season the light sauce with salt and pepper and serve.
