White Chocolate Tart

Ingredients
- 120 g butter cookies
- 60 g melted butter
- 150 g white couverture chocolate
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 candied organic rose petals (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat. Finely crumble the cookies, mix with melted butter, and press into a parchment-lined tart pan to form the base. Melt the chopped couverture chocolate over a hot, non-boiling water bath while stirring slowly.

Remove from heat, add sour cream, egg, zests, and juices; whisk well. Pour the mixture into the pan, smooth the top, and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove and let cool in the pan. Carefully lift out, cut into pieces, and serve garnished with rose petals.
