Ingredients
- 400 g chickpeas (canned)
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp pistachios
- 2 Spring Onions
- 0.5 tbsp tahini
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 0.5 flatbread

Rinse the chickpeas in a sieve with cold water.

Peel one orange thoroughly, remove the segments and cut them in half. Juice the second orange and the lemon, then blend together with the chickpeas in a blender until smooth.

Coarsely chop the pistachios. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into thin rings. Mix the pistachios and tahini into the chickpea puree, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Roast the flatbread in the oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes, cut into pieces, and spread the chickpea cream on each piece.
