Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 cube Yeast
- 150 ml dry white wine
- 150 ml olive oil
- 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- 100 g walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- olives (50 g each of black and green olives, pitted and coarsely chopped)
Instructions

Whisk the yeast with 2 tbsp lukewarm water until smooth. Mix the flour with the yeast. Gradually stir in the wine and oil. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Beat in the eggs and salt. Then fold in the cheese, walnuts, and finally the olives.

Shape the dough into a loaf, place on a greased baking sheet, and let rise again for about 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1 hour until golden brown.

Let the bread rest a few minutes, then cool on a wire rack.
