White Bread Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 g quark
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Tabasco
- a pinch of sugar
- 1 oval sandwich loaf (white bread, about 500 g)
- 1 box garden cress
- 250 g smoked salmon (sliced)
Instructions

Wash, trim, dry and slice the radishes.

Mix cream cheese and quark with salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, Tabasco and sugar; taste and adjust seasoning.

Split the loaf into slices but do not cut all the way through so that the bottom crust stays intact—later each person can tear off a sandwich.

Trim the garden cress with scissors.

Spread some of the cream cheese mixture on every other slice and layer the spread slices with radishes, smoked salmon and garden cress.
