Ingredients
- 4 slices Italian white bread
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 small onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- sugar
- ground pepper
- 1 stalk Celery
- Basil

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Lightly toast or warm the bread, then let it cool. Peel the onion, cut it into wedges, then slice into thin strips. Wash the celery, drain, and cut into narrow ribbons. Dice the cooled bread into 2-3 cm cubes.

Whisk vinegar with lemon juice and oil; season with salt, sugar, and pepper. Rub a garlic clove over the glass jars. Combine tomatoes, bread cubes, onion, celery, parsley, and basil leaves in the jar, then pour the vinaigrette over and mix well. Fill the jars and garnish with basil before serving immediately.
