Ingredients

  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 500 g flour (Type 550)
  • 200 ml lukewarm water
  • 50 g liquid butter
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp chopped rosemary needles
  • 2 small onions (finely chopped)

Instructions

    Mix the flour with the dry yeast in a mixing bowl, add liquid butter, salt, chopped rosemary needles and onions, pour in lukewarm water, and knead everything with the dough hooks of an electric mixer into an elastic dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place (oven 50°C) for about 30 minutes.

    Grease a baking pan with butter and lay a piece of foil over the hole. Knead the dough thoroughly on a floured surface, shape it into a loaf, dust with flour, and let rise again. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 1 hour. Remove and cool completely.
