Watermelon salad with goat cheese and watercress

Ingredients
- 0.5 small watermelon
- 300 g feta
- 125 g watercress
- Salt
- Pepper
- 50 g pistachio nuts
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar

Peel the watermelon and slice into rounds.

Drain the feta and cut into slices.

Wash the watercress, dry, and shake off excess moisture. Stack the watercress with the watermelon and feta slices into towers. Season with salt and pepper.

Coarsely chop the pistachio nuts. Sprinkle them along with cumin over the towers. Mix olive oil with white wine vinegar, drizzle over the salad, and serve.
