Ingredients

  • 600 g watermelon
  • 40 g black pitted olives
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 150 g Feta
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

    Peel, seed and dice the watermelon into bite‑sized cubes. Slice the olives into rounds.

    Whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, 1–2 tbsp water, honey and olive oil. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

    Arrange the watermelon and olives on plates. Crumble feta over them and drizzle the dressing on top. Sprinkle sunflower seeds before serving.
