Ingredients
- 1 bundle dill
- 1 bundle chives
- 2 bundles parsley
- 2 Avocados
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 untreated lime (juice)
- 600 ml kefir
- Salt
- a pinch nutmeg
- Cayenne pepper
- mineral water
Instructions

Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop except for a few dill sprigs for garnish.

Halve the avocados, remove pits and squeeze the flesh out of the skins. Combine with chopped herbs, honey, lime juice and kefir in a blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt, nutmeg and cayenne pepper, then pour into glasses. Top with mineral water and garnish with remaining dill sprigs.
