Ingredients
- 150 g watercress
- 1 handful basil
- 4 peaches
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 6 tbsp grape seed oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 150 g Feta
Instructions

Rinse the watercress and basil, drain and pat dry. Roughly chop the basil. Wash the peaches, halve them, pit and cut into wedges. Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, honey and oil; season with salt and pepper. Toss the peaches and watercress together and arrange on plates.

Sprinkle with pine nuts and crumbled feta before serving.
