Watercress and Cucumber Salad

Salad with smoked salmon from Räucherlachs: With this delicious bistro-style salad, you fork healthy, top‑notch enjoyment!

Ingredients

  • 400 g cucumber (1 cucumber)
  • Salt
  • 200 g watercress (2 bunches)
  • 200 g sorrel (1 bunch)
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tbsp tarragon mustard
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Pepper
  • 5 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 125 g smoked salmon (sliced)

Instructions

    Wash cucumber thoroughly and cut lengthwise in half. Slice cucumber thinly, lightly salt, and drain in a sieve for 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile wash, clean, and dry watercress and sorrel. Cut into bite‑size pieces.

    Peel onion, halve it, and slice finely.

    Whisk tarragon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Fold in oil. Arrange cucumber, watercress, sorrel, onion, and smoked salmon decoratively on a plate. Drizzle vinaigrette over the salad and serve immediately.
